You will be required to set up an account and password so you can save and access your application at any time. The deadline for completing all hours of the required clinical experience is November 1st. The online application becomes available approximately August 15th.
Common mistakes made by applicants: Not reading all the requirements for the clinical experience. Technical Support If you experience any technical difficulty with your application, scroll to the very bottom of the login page, and click on the Technical Support link.
The clinical experience must be completed to be considered for an interview. You can also log into the application and click on the Technical Support button at the top of the page. Use and fill in the Applicant Checklist to guide you in keeping track of meeting our requirements.
The online application will guide you through a straight forward application process including: Completion of the core application form Uploading of your statement of purpose and scanned unofficial transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended. For security reasons, we recommend that you logout of the online application after each session.
Completion of program-specific supplemental forms Submission of letters of recommendation, by the recommenders, via our Online Recommendation System only. At least 50 hours must be in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
