Come on, in…. Bible stories were linked together when I before saw them as separate chunks. These questions still shake me to my core so many weeks later. Just simple and easy to read which in turn means easy to understand Biblical references. I mentioned the one-line overall topic for each book earlier. I was also just drawn to the simplicity of the book. The first few weeks, I thought for sure there was no way she would get the whole Bible in there, but she did! It changed my entire point of view of the Bible. Essentially, you should be able to tell the entire narrative of the Bible, from start to finish. It is also a great refresher course in Bible history and reminded me of the grace and forgiveness that is offered to me through a relationship with Jesus. Many major stories come down to one verse out context that didn't make sense at all. Am I living in way that makes others want to know who this Jesus guy is and why He makes me so happy, but still courageous enough to tell others about my struggles and sins?
After zeroing in on the different books, it was time to look at the bigger picture. I would love to hear other suggestions for Bible study guides in the comment section.

I was able to see God working in new ways as I revisited forgotten passages of Scripture. In addition to all of this, she picks up the overarching theme that God has a plan all along, and that we, too, are a part of this story. Her favorite verse is Zephaniah "The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing. I began to also pray that I would find real rest through His Word, learning and growing closer to Him. It also helped to keep things chronologically straight in my mind. For anyone that wants to gain a better and deeper understanding of the Bible, I would suggest this book. Her hero is Beth Moore and many of her studies are like this too. You can watch a little promo video for the study here. Then in the back she has 3 pages dedicated to further learning. I accidentally bought the sound only once instead of the video and it really helped me focus. Some days I even had to stop myself from doing multiple lessons, so I would make sure to have more to learn the next day. Going through this study of learning who wrote each book and why and what they were going through in their life the time they wrote the book has completely changed my mindset of the Bible. Does my life turn others away? I did not purchase the videos or participate in a group setting. My heart and mind needed a clutter-free, simple book.
At our first session for the Seamless study, we watched an introduction video from Angie, and my heart felt such a pull towards her and her story.
Please help me to focus on You if only for a moment today, and to be grateful for this life You have given me. Her goal is to help us tie all of these things together into one story: the story of our redemption through Jesus Christ.

Angie sums up the study with the book of Revelation. I have been doing BSF Bible Study Fellowship; a school-year long study that focuses on one book with the exception of Moses-see below each year for 5 years now and the books I have currently intensely studied are in order from my first year Acts, Genesis, Matthew, Study of Moses Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy and last year Revelation.
How about a little prayer? But this is just a personal preference and I'm sure there are others who loved that aspect and felt like it made the author relatable.

Each session had a lot of production time and effort put into it, which produced a beautiful result; but I often found myself having to fight to refocus on the words, instead of the candles, barns, and brilliant hair and makeup.
